Always helpful! Great staff.
When fatigue, low drive, or weight gain creep in, our Men's Health Services help you feel like yourself again.

Many men wait years before asking for help with low energy, weight gain, or low testosterone. We hear it often from Lakewood Ranch patients. They juggle work and pickleball, or they're retirees who moved down I-75. Many noticed their stamina dropped. Signs include trouble sleeping, stubborn belly fat, low mood, and erectile changes. These issues rarely fix themselves and often get worse with time. Research shows addressing the root cause early leads to better long term outcomes.[1] Don't wait for a crisis to ask for help. We see men every week who say they wish they'd called sooner.
Fatigue, low drive, and muscle loss often trace back to hormone decline. We test and treat it directly.
This is common and treatable. We talk through options without judgment or rushed appointments.
Slower metabolism after 40 is real. We build a plan around your body, not a generic chart.
Whether you're hitting the links at River Club or coaching youth sports, we clear you fast and right.
If coffee stopped working years ago, something deeper may be going on. We look for the real cause.
Annual lab work catches problems early, before they turn into bigger, costlier health issues.
Waiting on low testosterone or weight gain only lets the problem grow. Dr. Zamikoff brings 27 years of experience and a board certified background to every visit. We move fast, test thoroughly, and build a plan you can actually stick with.
You don't have to accept low energy or weight gain as normal. Reach out to our Medical Clinic team and we'll build your plan together.
We keep the process simple so you know what to expect from the first call.
We sit down and talk through your symptoms, history, and goals. No rushed questions, no judgment.
We run bloodwork to check hormone levels and other key markers. Results guide the next step.
We build a treatment plan around your results. You'll know exactly what to do and why.
Pricing depends on which labs and treatments you need, from basic screenings to hormone optimization plans. We give you an upfront quote before anything starts, so there are no surprises. Many Manatee County men carry Medicare or private insurance, and we help sort out what applies. Chiropractic and integrative care combined can support better long term results than treating symptoms alone.[1]
Always helpful! Great staff.
For once I’ve seen someone who will help! Thank you Haley! I’m excited to finally feel better!
Great experience on our first visit. Patient, professional and welcoming. All great!
If you have back pain this is the place to visit. Very polite and professional.
I have been seeing Dr. Z for 10 years. He has resolved numerous issues where traditional medicine has failed. Dr. Z is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. His office are very helpful and quick to get you in for appointments last minute. Highly recommend.
I highly recommend Dr. David! He takes the time to really listen to what’s hurting, carefully examines you, and adjusts his treatment based on exactly what you need.
Every time I walk into his office with something hurting, I walk out feeling like a new person!
The entire staff is wonderful. They’re friendly, always smiling, and there’s just a genuinely happy atmosphere in the office. They also run things very efficiently. I’ve never had a long wait, and I’m always able to get in and out quickly without ever feeling rushed.
Dr. David truly cares about his patients, and it shows. I strongly recommend him!
Great service, friendly atmosphere with an emphasis on the individual.
Also make sure you say hi to Nemo and Dory while you wait.
Loved the staff, the doctor, and the facility.
I have been coming here for years. I should have written this a looong time ago. Dr. Z keeps me working. If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't be able to work the physically demanding jobs I've had over the years. He has been awesome from the first time to today. He's a 10 out of 10, the staff is a 10 out of 10. Thank you, thank you and thank you. I only see him once a year for a few sessions, maybe 2, 3 or 4 and I'm good to go for another year or so.
When I woke up earlier this week, I could hardly lift my arms one morning. It was really hard to get out of bed and even brushing my teeth was a task. 1 treatment later I am back to work. I thank God for this doctor. I've referred many people here. Everyone of them is happy. Not all heroes wear capes.
Here are answers to what Bradenton men ask us most.
Cost depends on the labs and treatments you need. Basic screenings start lower, while ongoing hormone plans cost more. We always quote you before starting anything.
Most men notice changes in energy within a few weeks. Hormone and weight plans often take two to three months for full results. We check in regularly to adjust your plan.
You can, but without lab testing you're guessing at the real cause. We've seen men waste months on supplements that didn't match their actual hormone levels. Testing first saves time and money.
We recommend annual screenings for most men over 35. If you're already in treatment, we check labs more often to track progress. Snowbird patients often schedule around their Florida stay.
It's not an emergency, but it doesn't improve on its own. Left untreated, low testosterone can affect mood, weight, and heart health over time. Earlier treatment usually means faster results.
Watch for fatigue, low mood, weight gain, or changes in drive. Trouble sleeping and low motivation are common too. If any of these sound familiar, it's worth getting checked.
Yes, we treat it as part of our Men's Health Services. We look at hormone levels, blood flow, and lifestyle factors together. Most men find real improvement once the root cause is addressed.
